Europa’s updated site aims to raise profile of men with prostate cancer in Europe

Europa Uomo today officially launches its new website as its members meet online for the organisation’s annual General Assembly.

Rebuilt by contractors following research and consultation, the new website has been designed to provide a strong profile and voice for men with prostate cancer around Europe, while also appealing to policy makers, clinicians and funders.

It includes member news, a section including resources on prostate cancer and a new “Voices” section showcasing the opinions and experiences of men with prostate cancer and those who work with them.

The website can be translated into 108 languages at a touch of the “translate” button.

“We believe that communication and providing information is an important tool to achieve our goals,” said Europa Uomo Chairman André Deschamps. “Therefore, we have invested in creating an up-to-date and attractive site where you can find the latest news and information in a stimulating format.”

“I invite you to visit the site on a regular basis. Alongside our newsletter, it is an important way we can connect with you.”
