A course bringing knowledge and advocacy skills to prostate cancer patients around Europe

The Europa Uomo Academy is a training programme to help representatives from Europa Uomo member organisations gain knowledge of prostate cancer issues and become expert patient advocates. The training sessions are run by a high-level panel of prostate cancer experts and experienced patient advocates.
The next Europa Uomo Academy event will be an Expert Patient Winter School. It will complement the knowledge gained at the Europa Uomo Summer School, providing additional training to instil skills for expert patient advocacy and supporting fellow patients through the process of shared decision making. It will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 8th to 13th February 2026.
