New Board for Europa Uomo

Four new members were elected in the Board of Europa Uomo by the General Assembly 2025.
Two incumbents – Günther Carl (Chair) and Ioannis Vanezos (Treasurer) – have completed their second three-year term and needed to leave the Board. Steven Lerys has reached the end of his first three-year term and did not get re-elected for a second three-year term. Paulius Rakstys also reached the end of his first three-year term and decided not to stand for a second term.

Igor Antauer, Yiannos Georgallis, Brian Kavanagh and Bo Madsen are the new elected Europa Uomo Board members.

The new Board 2025-2026 is:
– Chairman: Erik Briers (Belgium)
– Secretary: Igor Antauer (Slovenia)
– Treasurer: Marko Koivuneva (Finland)
– 1st Vice Chairman: Kees Vos (The Netherlands)
– 2nd Vice Chairman: Nils Petter Sjøholt (Norway)
– Board member: Tania Estapé (Spain)
– Board member: Yiannos Georgallis (Cyprus)
– Board member: Brian Kavanagh (Ireland)
– Board member: Bo Madsen (Denmark)

André Deschamps and Ken Mastris elected as honorary members of Europa Uomo

Europa Uomo has elected two of its previous chairman, André Deschamps (Belgium) and Ken Mastris (UK), as Honorary Members in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the interests of prostate cancer patients and to the development of our organisation.
